All products sold by the Estiara brand (owned by Sintetica Srl) are covered by a 12-month warranty for conformity defects, according to Title III of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. To utilize the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice or the receipt of the payment, together with the transport document.
The warranty for conformity defects will be applied following communication of existence and evidence of the defect within one month from the discovery of said defect, and provided that the related product has been used correctly, in respect of its intended use and following the instruction included in the product package.
In the case of defective products or demonstrable differences compared to what purchased by the customer, Estiara Milano will change the disputed products or replace them with others of equivalent value.
In the event that, for any reason, Estiara is unable to provide the Customer with a product under warranty (restored or replaced), or the repair or replacement are excessively expensive compared to the value of the product, Estiara may proceed to the appropriate reduction of the price paid, or to return the entire amount paid with the termination of the contract. The choice is not allowed if the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other (e.g., the solution is unlikely if you ask for the repair of the good but spare parts for that good are no longer available, or if replacement is requested with a minimum intervention would be enough to restore conformity to the product).
In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the product must be returned by the customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).
To take advantage of this opportunity, the buyer must send a formal notice to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org not later than the deadline indicated above. Estiara Milano will also bear the cost of collection of the defective product and the subsequent shipment with a new product.
All sunglasses sold on our website are subjected to warranty issued by the manufacturer for production defects following the relevant laws and regulations (Legislative Decree 24/2002). Estiara Milano also undertakes to check the actual conditions of the asset before proceeding to send it to the purchaser.
For any other production defects (therefore not due to usury or carelessness or negligence on the part of the consumer) occurring within the following 24 months of warranty coverage, the consumer can ask Estiara Milano for assistance.
